Content Operator (Short-Form Video Editing & Social Media Growth)

Job Overview:
Vhabily Education is a study abroad company helping students secure admission into universities abroad through a structured and guided process. We use social media as a primary channel to attract, educate, and convert potential clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos daily (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), transform raw footage into structured, high-retention content, maintain viewer attention throughout the video through pacing, sequencing, and visual flow, add clean, well-placed on-screen text that enhances clarity and reinforces key points, write clear, well-structured captions that support the video and drive audience action, post content consistently across platforms, monitor basic performance metrics (views, engagement), identify patterns in content performance and suggest improvements, create supporting visuals or formats using Canva where necessary.

Required Qualifications:
Strong video editing ability (non-negotiable), active social media user with a clear understanding of content trends and audience behavior, ability to structure content for retention and clarity, strong sense of pacing, sequencing, and visual communication, good design judgment (text placement, spacing, readability), ability to think independently and improve on raw material, willingness to test, refine, and improve output consistently, high level of discipline and reliability, experience creating or editing content for social media (including UGC-style content) is a strong advantage.

Educational Background:
No specific educational background required, but relevant experience is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 6 months editing experience (personal or professional). You do not need years of experience, but you must demonstrate strong foundational editing skills, clear creative judgment, and consistent output quality.

Additional Notes:
This role is remote, in a fast-paced, high-output environment, requiring consistent daily short-form content (typically 4–5 videos per day). Compensation ranges from ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly based on experience and performance.
