Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
End-to-End Design: Take ownership of the design process from discovery and wire-framing to high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Visual Excellence: Create stunning UI layouts, custom iconography, and maintain a cohesive design system. Developer Collaboration: Work closely with engineering (we use Next.js environments) to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly. User Advocacy: Use research and data to iterate on designs and improve user retention.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design to create engaging interfaces and user experiences. Strong skills in Design Thinking methodologies for solving complex problems with a user-centered approach. Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to understand user needs and behavior. Attention to detail and the ability to translate user insights into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs. Effective collaboration skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Educational Background:
A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience:
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
