Duties and Responsibilities: The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring budgets, processing transactions, conducting audits, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support management decisions.
Required Qualifications: 3 to 4 years Experience in Accounting principles, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications, as well as Data Analysis skills. Knowledge of Audit Processes, ensuring compliance, and Regulatory Standards. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent numerical aptitude, communication, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as ICAN or ACCA is a must.
Experience: 3 years
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Experience in a retail or consumer goods sector is a plus.
