Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and/or mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing. Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution. Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release validation activities. Help improve QA processes, standards, and best practices. Support test automation efforts and contribute to maintaining automated test suites where applicable. Ensure product quality, usability, performance, and reliability before release.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in software quality assurance and testing. Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and defect lifecycle management. Experience writing clear test cases and documenting bugs effectively. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
Experience in software quality assurance and testing.
