Job Overview:
Genesis Energy (GENESIS) is an Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company with operations across various African countries. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for supporting the managing and maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in overseeing network and administration" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">system administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include Technical Troubleshooting, End User Technical Support, System Maintenance & Optimization, Hardware & Software Management, Network Administration & Support, Website Management & CMS Administration, Graphic Design & Digital Content Support, and Documentation & Reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment. IT certification is an added advantage.

Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
