Job Description
Job Overview:
Boldscholar is an online publishing platform dedicated to promoting global visibility and accessibility for Africa's indigenous educational content, including books and journals. Our mission is to encourage academic research in Africa and bridge the gap in accessing high-quality educational resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic motion graphics and animations, designing visually engaging content, and collaborating with the team on creative video and graphic projects.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to create dynamic visual content, expertise in Video Production, strong skills in Graphic Design, familiarity with design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Experience in a similar role is advantageous, particularly within an educational or publishing context.
Languages:
English
