Job Overview: Rechaj is engineering the high-voltage power architectures that sit at the heart of every energy platform in our Electric Mobility-Energy ecosystem. This role owns the electrical power systems inside battery modules, packs, and swap interfaces that must deliver deterministic safety, efficiency, and fault tolerance in extreme environments.
Duties and Responsibilities: Architect and own end-to-end high-voltage power systems for battery modules, packs, and exchange interfaces. Translate evolving requirements into robust pack-level power architectures. Execute advanced simulation and validation. Deliver complete, fabrication-ready schematics and designs. Drive cross-guild integration with various teams. Lead failure analysis and rapid iteration on power failures. Continuously innovate battery power architectures.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field. 3+ years of experience designing and validating high-voltage battery power systems. Deep expertise in high-voltage battery architectures. Mastery-level proficiency in PCB/schematic tools and power simulation suites. Exceptional first-principles reasoning.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of rigorous experience designing and validating high-voltage battery power systems for high-reliability applications.
Languages: English
