Job Overview: Aierth Tech Academy, the education and talent development arm of Aierth Technologies, is growing and we’re looking for a highly organized, reliable Operations / Admin Coordinator to help us run our day-to-day activities smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate daily class schedules (physical + LMS), ensure instructors are present and prepared, track student attendance and engagement, handle on-site issues quickly and effectively, support internal communication between team members, send structured daily reports to management.
Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and coordination skills, ability to take initiative and solve problems independently, good communication and people management skills, high level of responsibility and reliability, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Bonus if you have experience in an educational or training environment.
