Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and deliver solar projects from design to commissioning, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, supervise site activities and installation teams, coordinate procurement and logistics of solar components, engage clients and provide regular project updates, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field, 3–5 years experience in solar EPC or construction project management, strong knowledge of solar PV systems (inverters, batteries, installation), excellent leadership and communication skills, willingness to travel to project sites.
