Job Description
Job Overview:
Housing TV Africa is the first 24/7 television channel in Africa dedicated to housing-related content, including real estate, mortgages, property, and construction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day tasks including writing, editing, and curating engaging news content on housing and property matters. Produce, edit, and enhance videos for television broadcast, including tasks such as color grading, motion graphics, and graphics integration. Collaborate with the production team and ensure quality content aligned with the editorial direction.
Required Qualifications:
Must reside in Abuja, strong skills in video production and video editing, proficiency in video color grading, motion graphics, and graphics creation, ability to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced newsroom environment, strong storytelling and news writing skills, knowledge of housing, real estate, and construction industries is a plus, experience working with video editing tools and graphic design software.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience working with video editing tools and graphic design software.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is implied but not explicitly stated.

This is a full-time, on-site role.
