Job Overview: The VP – Corporate Advisory will lead the Corporate Advisory practice, driving business growth, client satisfaction, and strategic development.
Duties and Responsibilities: This role involves managing advisory services, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital raising, and strategic consulting, while ensuring regulatory compliance. The VP will act as a trusted advisor to clients, represent the client to investors and institutions, and oversee the execution of high-impact corporate transactions.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred. CFA or equivalent professional certifications; must be SEC-sponsored.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
Experience: 10 years in corporate advisory, investment banking, or business development. Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role leading advisory teams.
