Job Overview:
Querida Living Projects & Interiors is a globally recognized interior design, construction, and project management company, providing innovative and timeless design solutions for high-end residential and commercial spaces since 2017.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts, space planning, developing detailed construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients, and managing the end-to-end execution of interior design projects, focusing on meeting client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, knowledge of FF&E, strong project management skills, proficiency in design software, and excellent communication skills.
Educational Background:
A degree in Architecture or diploma in Interior Design, or a related field is required, with certifications in interior design.
Experience:
Experience in interior design and project management is preferred.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is required.
Additional Notes:
This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work.
