Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of various architectural projects, including creating architectural plans, supervising construction activities, and ensuring design quality and accuracy. Key tasks include collaborating with clients to understand project specifications, integrating new technologies for effective outcomes, and managing project timelines to ensure successful completion. The role also involves coordinating with other professionals, managing budgets, and ensuring projects align with company standards and client expectations.

Required Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, Proficiency in Project Management, with a focus on planning and execution, Understanding of Software Development and Integration to improve project collaborations, Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively, Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality, Good communication and collaborative skills to work with diverse teams and clients.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.

Experience:
Familiarity with local building regulations and construction standards in Nigeria, Experience with architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
