Job Overview:
Branda is urgently hiring a highly skilled Architect / Project Supervisor who understands how to transform ordinary spaces into unique, functional, and visually outstanding environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create architectural and interior layouts for offices, studios, commercial spaces, and custom projects. Convert empty or poorly planned spaces into unique, smart, and premium designs. Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations. Produce clear, buildable, and practical design documentation. Identify space limitations and create intelligent solutions. Supervise site execution to ensure work follows drawings. Coordinate carpenters, installers, engineers, and vendors. Take site measurements and verify dimensions. Ensure finishing quality meets approved design. Prepare material specifications and cost-aware designs. Monitor project progress and report updates. Attend client meetings when required. Maintain organized project files and revisions. Deliver projects on time without excuses.

Required Qualifications:
Must be based in Lagos (Mandatory). Must be a professional architect. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Ability to produce layout plans, walk through videos and 3D renderings. Strong understanding of furniture, finishing, and interior construction. Ability to supervise artisans and site work. Strong discipline and responsibility. Ability to work under deadlines. Ready to resume immediately.

Educational Background:
HND / BSc in Architecture

Experience:
1–5 years experience in architecture & supervision

Languages:
English

The layout must successfully incorporate: One executive table, Visitor chairs (suggest the right amount in your design), Shelving/storage units, Other essential office fittings (as deemed necessary for functionality & aesthetics).
