Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that drive revenue and brand awareness. Team Leadership: Mentoring, leading, and hiring a high-performing marketing team, including digital managers, content creators, and PR personnel. Budget Management: Creating and overseeing annual or quarterly budgets, allocating resources to high-ROI channels. Brand & Content Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels (social media, website, events, and print). Performance Reporting: Utilizing analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness (KPIs), such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lead generation, and overall ROI, and presenting insights to executive leadership. Market Analysis: Conducting competitor research and staying updated on market trends to identify new opportunities and expansion avenues. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product development, and PR teams to align product messaging and launch strategies.
