Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social MediaMarketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos). Monitor social media trends and optimize campaigns accordingly. Manage social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Run paid advertising campaigns and track performance metrics. Analyze insights and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals. Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms. Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.). Excellent communication and creativity.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Languages: English
