Job Overview: This person serves as the bridge between the marketing team and the production teams — ensuring that every event, campaign, and digital touchpoint reflects our brand story, creativity, and excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities: Liaise with internal and external marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns, events & partnerships. Support planning and rollout of marketing calendars for WOW! Connect, and 7.45. Develop and execute engaging social media and digital content in alignment with brand tone and objectives. Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights from engagement data. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and tech teams to produce visuals, videos, and promotional materials. Assist in copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction for posts, newsletters, and event marketing assets. Maintain brand templates, image libraries, and creative archives for ongoing use. Support project managers in pre-event planning, vendor coordination, and logistics. Act as a marketing and communications representative during live events — managing social coverage, guest experience, and content capture. Coordinate with tech teams (e.g., TEPS) on digital guest management, QR access, or campaign integration. Prepare post-event reports, content summaries, and marketing performance recaps.
Required Qualifications: 1–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications. Good understanding of social media strategy and content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Experience with Canvas, Google Workspace, or similar creative/management tools. Basic familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced, creative environments.
