Duties and Responsibilities: Create clear, practical product-led content for Instagram and LinkedIn; Translate product features into business-facing messaging; Support launch communication for new features; Lead product demos for prospects; Understand prospect questions and customer reactions; Review and improve landing page copy; Ensure website messaging is clear and aligned with customer pain points; Suggest improvements to calls-to-action; Gather insights from customers and prospects; Identify repeated questions and opportunities for product improvement; Support product education efforts.
Required Qualifications: Strong writer and communicator; Product-minded and curious about software; Practical, organised, and able to think clearly; Comfortable speaking with prospects; Able to simplify complexity; Proactive and comfortable working closely with a founder.
Educational Background: Experience in product marketing, SaaS marketing, growth, product operations, or customer-facing software roles.
Experience: Experience writing content for software products; Experience reviewing or improving landing pages; Experience giving demos or supporting sales conversations; Familiarity with B2B software, operations software, ERP, CRM, or business tools.
Languages: English
