Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and objective Internal Interview Assessor to strengthen the quality, consistency, and integrity of our internal hiring decisions within a dynamic financial services environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and preside over final-stage internal interviews, validate outcomes from earlier interview stages, assess candidates across various competencies, design evaluation frameworks, deliver recommendations to Executive Management, ensure fair and compliant hiring decisions, drive recruitment efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in behavioral interviewing, psychological assessment, or talent evaluation.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in behavioral interviewing, psychological assessment, or talent evaluation within a corporate environment. Experience within the financial services industry is an advantage.
Additional Notes: Strong psychological and behavioral insight, advanced interviewing techniques, analytical thinking, excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, strong time management, confidentiality, objective judgment, detail-oriented.
