Job Description
Job Overview:
Pradini is a premium vehicle marketplace for Africa's growing luxury mobility market, connecting guests with premium vehicles and professional drivers for chauffeur-driven experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and ship features across frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (tRPC, Supabase) using AI coding tools; Own features from implementation through testing and deployment; Work with detailed PRDs, design specs, and Figma files; Fix bugs quickly and write code that does not create new ones; Use AI tools to navigate a large codebase; Communicate clearly about blockers, progress, and tradeoffs.
Required Qualifications:
At least 6 months of daily, active use of AI coding tools for real software development; A portfolio of things built with AI in the last 6 months; Full stack experience; Strong communication skills.
Educational Background:
No specific degree or certifications required.
Experience:
Experience with our stack: Next.js, React, tRPC, Supabase, Tailwind CSS; Experience in marketplace or mobility products; Experience working in early stage startups is a plus.
Languages:
English
