Job Overview: VisionSpring, an international social enterprise, seeks a Marketing Analytics Lead to oversee core data, research and analytics processes related to the marketing and sales functions of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Marketing Analytics Lead will work with various teams to map analytical needs, build structured data models, create reporting dashboards, evaluate marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and contribute to resource mobilization efforts.
Required Qualifications: Experience in database analysis, working with unstructured data, product analysis, social research skills, demand generation campaign analysis, and compelling communication skills are required. Experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors is desirable.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience: 4-5+ years of progressive experience in marketing analysis, with experience in Sub Saharan Africa and/or South Asia being desirable.
Languages: English proficiency is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
