Job Overview:
Codelab Projects is seeking a results-driven and experienced marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Abuja. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels; Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive conversions; Implement and optimize retargeting campaigns to improve customer acquisition; Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring performance and SEO optimization; Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies; Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for campaigns and web use; Design or oversee the creation of basic graphics for marketing use (social media, ads, banners); Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights; Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals; Collaborate with design and content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing; Strong knowledge of PPC, retargeting, and paid advertising platforms; Experience with SEO tools and best practices; Proficiency in WordPress website management; Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.); Excellent writing and proofreading skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Leadership and team management experience; Good communication and organizational skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This is an onsite role in Abuja. Only candidates living within Lugbe, Airport Road, Galadimawa, or its environs will be considered.
