Job Overview:
Endeavor is the leading global community of High-Impact Entrepreneurs in emerging markets, supporting entrepreneurs to transform economies through mentorship and investment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of entrepreneurs, build relationships, analyze companies, design support strategies, track metrics, drive process improvement, organize events, and engage with the tech ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience in business, consulting, venture capital, finance, or international development; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent stakeholder management skills; strong communication in English.

Additional Notes:
Background in accelerators, venture capital, or founder support organizations is a plus; experience in the MENA startup ecosystem is a plus.
