Job Overview:
The HR Advisory Consultant is a strategic partner responsible for delivering high-impact human capital solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on diagnosing organizational challenges and architecting data-driven interventions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM), lead Competency Mapping exercises, advise on Change Management strategies, conduct HR Audits, develop policy frameworks, facilitate workshops, utilize HR metrics for insights, and identify business development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a strong advantage; Professional Certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or SPHRi).

Educational Background:

Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR consulting, executive search, or a senior internal HR strategy role.
