Job Overview:
2 Hour Learning is seeking a leader to shape and own the academic vision, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment across varied school environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design academic frameworks, conduct execution reviews, integrate data into ecosystem reviews, ensure strategic coherence, and serve as the external face of 2 Hour Learning.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field; at least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles; experience driving learning outcomes and applying AI in education; managing academic teams of 50+ people; direct interaction with students, teachers, or school leaders.
Educational Background:
Masters or Ph.D in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
Experience:
At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, managing teams and driving learning outcomes.
Languages:
English
Additional Notes:
This is a full-time, long-term position with a compensation of $400,000/year USD.
