Datacenter Managing Director (m/f)

Job Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Datacenter Managing Director based in Texas City, TX, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Datacenter Managing Director will oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the datacenter, ensuring the seamless functioning of infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, overseeing budgets, and leading initiatives for process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, driving sustainability initiatives, and supervising risk management strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Expertise(at least 20 years of experience): Deep understanding of datacenter operations, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage personnel, and drive organizational change. Operational Excellence: Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, data analysis, and continuous improvement practices. Compliance and Risk Management: Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and risk assessment methodologies. Other Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset. Relevant experience in datacenter management or a related field is highly desirable.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
