Job Overview: As our Operations Officer, you will sit at the heartbeat of Flinx Realty's day-to-day business keeping things running smoothly, spotting inefficiencies before they become problems, and ensuring every department has what it needs to perform at its best.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across all departments to ensure seamless business functioning. Monitor workflow across teams, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely solutions to keep operations on track. Maintain and enforce operational policies, procedures, and SOPs across the organization. Support the planning and execution of company projects, initiatives, and internal programs. Conduct regular operational audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend process improvements. Track and report on key operational metrics, preparing weekly and monthly reports for management review. Develop and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility across all functions. Assist in implementing new systems, tools, or workflows that improve operational efficiency. Act as a key liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and inter-departmental coordination. Work with the leadership team to execute strategic priorities and ensure organizational goals are met operationally. Ensure all operational activities are conducted in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations. Flag operational risks early and escalate appropriately with recommended mitigation strategies. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an operations, administrative, or business support role experience within real estate, financial services, or a fast-growing company is a strong advantage. Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple teams or departments simultaneously. Excellent analytical thinking with an ability to turn data into actionable insights. Sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive under pressure without constant supervision. You bring positive energy and a solution-first mindset. You understand discretion and handle sensitive company information with professionalism. You are genuinely curious about how things work and always looking for a smarter way to do them.
