Job Description
Job Overview:
The Senior Manager – Commercial Cards Sales Enablement & Commercialization will be responsible for driving adoption, usage, and revenue growth of the bank's Commercial Card propositions across Large Corporate and Multinational clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Enablement & RM Support: Function as a subject-matter expert (SME) for Commercial Cards and B2B payment solutions. Partner with Corporate RMs to structure and close deals with large corporates and key multinationals. Lead joint client engagements, solution pitches, and execution workshops with clients. Equip RMs with pitch decks, value propositions, use cases, and ROI stories tailored to corporates. 2. Commercial Cards Commercialization: Drive adoption and usage of Purchase & Virtual Cards for Accounts Payable, Card-based collections and B2B acceptance for Accounts Receivable, Fleet & fuel card solutions, T&E card programs integrated with expense management systems. Translate client pain points into practical, scalable card use cases. Support onboarding, activation, and early-stage ramp-up of new programs. 3. Client Solutioning & Value Proposition: Design end-to-end payment solutions combining cards, platforms, and integration options. Articulate benefits including working capital optimization, spend control and visibility, process automation, fraud reduction and reconciliation efficiency. Work closely with Product, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure delivery. 4. Pipeline & Revenue Management: Own and support the commercial card opportunity pipeline within corporate banking. Track deal progress, activation milestones, and usage metrics post-launch. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the corporate portfolio. Support annual revenue targets linked to card spend, interchange, and fee income. 5. Market & Partner Engagement: Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and fintech partnerships. Support ecosystem integrations with ERP, T&E, and fleet management providers where required. Represent the bank in client forums, workshops, and corporate events related to B2B payments.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Commercial Cards, B2B Payments, or Cash Management. Proven experience working directly with large corporates and multinationals from banks to scheme providers. Strong background in solution selling, deal structuring, and client commercialization. Prior experience enabling or supporting RMs is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of Commercial / Corporate Card propositions, AP, AR, Fleet, and T&E use cases, working capital and corporate treasury needs. Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills. Ability to translate product capabilities into commercial value narratives. Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-paced banking environment.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry. Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) in English.

The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions. An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
