Job Overview:
Soteria Eye Clinic is seeking a creative, versatile, and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. With 12+ years of clinical excellence, we are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between high-quality eye care services and engaging digital storytelling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality mobile videography, focusing on educational content, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clinic footage. Produce engaging short-form video content that simplifies complex eye health topics. Capture high-quality photography for social media posts, website updates, and promotional materials. 2. Graphic Design: Design basic visually compelling graphics for social media feeds, stories, and digital advertisements. Ensure all designs align with the Soteria Eye Clinic brand guidelines. 3. Social Media & Commerce Management: Manage daily operations across all social platforms, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement. Oversee social commerce features to promote optical products and eyewear. Monitor trends and platform updates. 4. Strategy & Analytics: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar. Implement a content strategy that balances educational value, promotional offers, and brand storytelling. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation. Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or optical space is a significant advantage. Video Editing: Advanced proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing tools. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of mobile cinematography, lighting for content, and audio recording for social media. Design Skills: Strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory in graphic design. Social Commerce: Demonstrated experience managing social media storefronts. Communication: Exceptional writing skills for captioning and responding to inquiries.
