Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and enhancing the company's market presence. The role involves crafting strategic plans, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients to drive company growth.
Required Qualifications:
Proven ability in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Partnership Building. Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Market Analysis. Proficiency in Sales Techniques, Marketing Strategies, and Business Communication. Excellent Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with industry trends in travel and tourism. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a strong advantage
