Job Description
Job Overview:
To coordinate international logistics flows and ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate international shipments (primarily ocean and air) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials; Manage truck movements for delivery of finished goods and receipt of inbound shipments; Support preparation and validation of documentation for customs clearance; Act as operational point of contact for suppliers and customs brokers; Prioritize purchase orders and shipments based on production needs; Collaborate with Global Logistics Manager, Production Manager, and Warehouse Manager; Monitor shipment status and manage delays; Ensure updates of shipment and logistics data in the ERP system.
Required Qualifications:
3 - 4 years of experience in logistics, with exposure to import/export operations; Working knowledge of customs processes and documentation; Solid understanding of Incoterms and international shipping flows; Experience in inventory, warehouse coordination, or production support.
