Duties and Responsibilities: The Admin & Marketing Associate will support the CEO and cross-functional teams across administrative tasks, business operations, and digital marketing. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, tracking action items, supporting e-commerce sales analysis, and growing social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or operations support role; strong organizational skills; comfortable using AI tools; familiarity with project management tools; experience managing social media accounts is a plus.
