Herbal Goodness is a fast-growing wellness company committed to providing premium herbal teas, liquid extracts, superfoods, and supplements that support healthy living and transform lives. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and digitally fluent Admin & Marketing Associate to support the CEO, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and contribute to our brand's growth across e-commerce and social media channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Admin & Marketing Associate will support the CEO and cross-functional teams across administrative tasks, business operations, and digital marketing. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, tracking action items, supporting e-commerce sales analysis, and growing social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or operations support role; strong organizational skills; comfortable using AI tools; familiarity with project management tools; experience managing social media accounts is a plus.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or operations support role (internship experience welcome).

Additional Notes:
Candidates with experience in social media content creation, e-commerce platforms, administrative support, start-up environments, and basic data analysis will be especially attractive.
