Job Overview: To implement, enable, scale, entrench and commercialise the Enterprise Direct value propositions in country in collaboration with all Segments, Sectors, Client Solutions, Engineering, Innovation teams and country stakeholders through the client engagement platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Bankers in a cluster to manage tier 2 customers by carrying out the following: Onboarding new enterprise banking Customers, Proactive relationship management engagement, Dormant accounts reactivation, Cross sell the bank’s products and services to existing customers, Handling of customers complaint, Improve customer experience and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.
Required Qualifications: First Degree Field of study: Business Commerce; certifications or professional Memberships Qualifications in data science or financial management will be considered. A post graduate qualification will be an advantage.
Educational Background: First Degree in Business Commerce; Post graduate qualification is an advantage.
Experience: 15 -18 years' extensive experience in Business Banking including strategy and market development, the design and development of client value propositions; identifying key drivers of income and cost lines. Experience in successfully growing the client base, managing and growing a balance sheet and income statement. Experience in deploying solutions (and new solutions) into new markets and territories. Should have strong background in managing a business and Digital Platform businesses.
