Job Overview: The sales/customer support executive will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and promoting the clinic’s optical and eye care services. The role combines sales execution, marketingcoordination, partnership development, and customer relationship management to support business growth and improve patient engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Promote the clinic’s eye care services, optical products, and diagnostic solutions to individuals, organisations, and institutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities, corporate partnerships, and referral channels. Drive patient enrolment for eye examinations, treatments, and optical product purchases. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to increase conversions and retention. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of eye care services. Coordinate outreach programmes such as corporate eye screenings, school vision checks, and community health campaigns. Manage social media platforms, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives. Develop marketing content, including flyers, digital campaigns, and promotional materials. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Educate clients on eye health services, eyewear options, and treatment packages. Maintain strong relationships with patients, corporate clients, HMOs, and partners. Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction throughout the sales journey. Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Prepare sales reports, marketing performance updates, and pipeline forecasts. Provide insights to management to support business growth strategies.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years experience in sales or marketing (healthcare, retail, optical, or medical services experience is an advantage). Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven with strong relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in social media marketing and Microsoft Office tools.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years experience in sales or marketing (healthcare, retail, optical, or medical services experience is an advantage).
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Experience working in hospitals, clinics, optical stores, or healthcare marketing environments is preferred. Interest in health, wellness, or patient-centred services.
