Microsoft Power Platform / Digital Transformation Specialist

Job Overview:
Deepwater Engineering Limited is a leading offshore services company specializing in ROV operations, diving services, marine logistics, and subsea survey. We are currently undergoing a full digital transformation to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and eliminate delays across our departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate; Build internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps; Develop structured systems using Microsoft SharePoint; Integrate operations across Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, Forms, etc.); Create task tracking and escalation systems using Microsoft Planner; Implement AI-assisted workflows using Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT; Analyze and redesign internal processes (procurement, logistics, certification tracking, etc.); Ensure system adoption across all departments; Work closely with management to improve visibility and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint); Proven ability to design and deploy workflow automation systems; Experience in business process mapping and optimization; Ability to translate operational needs into digital solutions; Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI is an advantage; Experience in engineering, marine, oil & gas, or logistics environments is a strong plus.
