Job Overview: The Head of Brand & Communications is a strategic leadership role responsible for building, managing, and scaling a unified brand narrative across multiple business units (SaaS, B2B, and EdTech). This role ensures consistency in messaging while tailoring communication strategies to distinct audiences, markets, and products.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the overarching company vision while supporting individual business units. 2. Design and implement a multi-channel communications strategy (PR, digital, social, content, internal communications). 3. Build a compelling narrative that communicates value propositions across diverse audiences. 4. Establish and track brand health metrics. 5. Partner with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams across all business units. 6. Develop and promote a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent. 7. Build and lead a high-performing brand and communications team.
Required Qualifications: 8–12+ years of experience in Brand, Communications, or Marketing roles, with leadership experience. Proven track record of building and scaling brands across multiple products or business units. Strong expertise in PR, content strategy, and digital communications. Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
