Job Overview: The CIPM Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training sessions on Labour MarketAnalysis, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to interpret labour data, understand workforce trends, and apply insights to HR decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Deliver structured training sessions on Labour Market Analysis • Develop and review training materials, case studies, and presentations • Teach participants how to analyze labour market trends and data • Guide learners on applying labour market insights to HR planning and strategy • Facilitate interactive discussions, exercises, and assessments • Evaluate participant understanding through assignments and feedback • Provide real-world HR and labour market examples during sessions • Ensure training aligns with CIPM standards and professional expectations • Support Henriken Consulting in achieving learning and development objectives
Required Qualifications: • Must be CIPM certified (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in HR, training, or labour market analysis • Strong knowledge of labour market trends, workforce analytics, and HR planning • Prior experience as a trainer, lecturer, or facilitator is an advantage • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to simplify complex HR and data concepts • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and training tools
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in HR, training, or labour market analysis
