Required Qualifications: Proven sales acumen with experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management; strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation; ability to conduct market research and develop strategic growth plans; proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software; familiarity with health plans or healthcare industry trends is a plus; goal-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results and meet performance targets.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Experience: Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments is an asset
