Job Overview:
KODEX AFRICA is an impact-driven organization dedicated to empowering young individuals with high-demand industry skills. To date, the community has trained and equipped over 100 young professionals while supporting them through their career transitions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The role involves analyzing large data sets to uncover trends and insights that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include performing data modeling, statistical analysis, and generating actionable reports. The Data Analyst will also communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications:
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Statistics and the ability to perform accurate data interpretation for informed decision-making. Experience in Data Modeling, organizing data for easy analysis, and optimizing data workflows. Excellent Communication Skills to clearly present insights to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Proficiency in data programming languages (e.g., Python, R, or SQL) is an advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
