Job Overview:
Xordium Properties is a growing real estate brand focused on delivering verified property listings across Lagos. We specialize in property sales, rentals, and investment opportunities, with a strong emphasis on quality presentation and client trust.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties (interior & exterior), Shoot and edit property walkthrough videos and reels, Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Social Media Management: Manage and grow Instagram and other social platforms, Plan and execute content calendars, Write captions and optimize posts for engagement, Post consistently (feeds, reels, and stories). Brand Development: Maintain a clean, premium, and consistent visual identity, Suggest creative ideas to improve brand positioning and reach. On-Site Coverage: Visit property locations across Lagos when required, Capture content during inspections and client visits.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in social media management and content creation, Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or camera), Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.), Good understanding of Instagram growth and content trends, Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, Must be based in Lagos and available for on-site shoots.
