Job Overview:
Kami mencari seorang Project Manager (Mid-Level) - Contract yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin dan mengelola project pengembangan software di lingkungan yang highly regulated.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Delivery: Menyusun project plan yang komprehensif, memastikan delivery project on-time, mengidentifikasi dependensi antar tim, memimpin pengelolaan change request. 2. Stakeholder & Multi-Team Coordination: Menjadi single point of contact antara tim teknis dan stakeholder bisnis, mengelola ekspektasi stakeholder, memimpin steering committee meeting. 3. Risk & Issue Management: Mengidentifikasi dan memprioritaskan risiko project, menyusun contingency plan, menangani eskalasi isu. 4. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Memastikan seluruh proses mematuhi regulasi, berkoordinasi dengan tim Compliance dan Legal. 5. Project Governance & Reporting: Menyusun project governance framework, membuat laporan status project, melakukan post-project review. 6. Team & Vendor Management: Mengelola tim lintas fungsi, memberikan arahan kepada tim, memonitor performa vendor.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman kerja di posisi Project Manager pada project software development, pengalaman di industri perbankan atau keuangan sangat diutamakan, pengalaman mengelola multi-vendor dan multi-stakeholder.
Educational Background:
Minimum S1 dari bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
Experience:
Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman kerja di posisi Project Manager pada project software development.

N/A
Additional Notes:
Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi yang relevan di bidang Project Management. Soft Skills: Komunikasi & Presentasi, Analytical Thinking, Kepemimpinan, Negosiasi, Adaptabilitas, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving Under Pressure.
