Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic data team focused on claims analysis in a B2B enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights and delivering clear data-driven narratives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transform and prepare datasets using Python or Java for processing, Analyze claims data to uncover trends, patterns, and business impact, Build clear and effective data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI, Ensure accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards, Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Experience:
Experience with unstructured data, Familiarity with cloud data platforms, Exposure to claims data or PBM metrics
Languages:
English
