Job Overview: We are building AI-powered insurance infrastructure across emerging markets. To keep pace with our growth, we need a high-output, systems-thinking People Operations leader who can design and run the people engine that powers the company.
Duties and Responsibilities: Design and execute the company’s performance and competency architecture, own and drive the talent lifecycle, manage the entire onboarding process, run the engagement operating rhythm, own the learning & development stack, maintain policies and compliance, ensure data integrity across HR operations, manage core People analytics, own and manage the HRIS/ATS, and provide oversight of office & asset support.
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years in People Operations / HR generalist / HRBP roles in high-growth startups or tech environments, proven track record delivering core People Ops cycles, experience implementing competency frameworks, strong funnel and people analytics skills, hands-on exposure to HRIS/ATS platforms, demonstrable comfort using AI tools and automation platforms, good communication skills, high ownership and attention to detail.
