Job Overview: Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) is a dynamic, female-led nonprofit organization focused on empowering women, advocating for women’s rights, and promoting gender equality.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute WIN's social media strategy across various platforms. Design and create original, engaging content including graphics, videos, and posts to communicate our mission and amplify impact. Manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging. Drive marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing reach and engagement. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and other digital metrics. Collaborate closely with team members to build brand awareness and community engagement.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and communications, preferably within an NGO or similar sector. Proficiency in multiple social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Strong creative vision with a demonstrated portfolio of social media graphics and digital content. Success managing social media channels and improving engagement in a startup or fast-paced environment. Outstanding leadership, time management, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build high-trust relationships. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
