Job Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for sales performance across all channels in their assigned key cities in Nigeria, assisting the BDM in achieving the region’s sales objectives through effective channel management and distributor infrastructure deployment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and implementation of the city investment strategy, develop sales fundamentals in the 3rd party sales team, ensure streamlined implementation of customer strategy at point of sales, support the 3rd party sales team in closing results gaps, act as the city customer champion, partner with distributors to develop their sales team, and provide market development information.
Required Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in sales within FMCG functions, strong operational knowledge, excellent negotiation and analytical skills, and good knowledge of sales fundamentals and distributor management.
Educational Background: Business/Marketing-related Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
Experience: 5 years’ experience in sales and FMCG functions, with expertise in brand management, trade marketing, and category management.
Languages: Fluency in English
