Job Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement across social media platforms. You will create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and ensure that our brand message is consistently communicated.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall brand objectives. Create engaging and relevant content tailored to various social media platforms. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring interactions. Provide premium videography experience. Analyze social media performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency in all content and campaigns. Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Monitor industry trends and stay up to date with social media best practices. Coordinate with influencers and manage influencer relationships to enhance brand reach.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and brand strategy. Proven experience in creating and managing successful social media campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve performance. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual content.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and brand strategy.

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
