Job Description
Job Overview:
The Senior Associate, Audit and Data Analysis plays a vital role in protecting our business and users by using SQL and data science to align our internal audit strategy with business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support internal audit projects using SQL, automate audit processes, partner with Audit Directors to build audit plans, contribute to enterprise risk assessments, monitor regulatory compliance, prepare audit reports, mentor Audit Associates, and represent Internal Audit in meetings.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree, at least one recognized data analysis or audit certification, 3+ years of data analysis experience in financial services or consulting, mastery of SQL, and understanding of internal audit and risk management.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
Experience:
3+ years of progressive data analysis experience within financial services or a top-tier consulting firm.
Additional Notes:
Must be resident in Lagos. Preferred qualifications include experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with revenue assurance in a fintech environment.
