Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations across training programs, talent deployment, and our AI-powered WhatsApp marketing systems. This role is critical to scaling our impact and ensuring smooth execution from training to job placement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations of training programs (enrollment, training, internship, and employment pipeline). Design and improve operational systems, workflows, and SOPs for efficiency and scale. Manage and optimize our AI WhatsApp bot for marketing, lead generation, and candidate engagement. Coordinate trainers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Track performance metrics (enrollment rates, completion, job placement, revenue) and drive improvements. Ensure high-quality experience for trainees and stakeholders. Support expansion of new training programs and operational strategies.
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years experience in operations, preferably in training, edtech, or service-based organizations. Strong organizational and execution skills. Experience managing systems, processes, and teams. Familiarity with digital tools, CRM, or automation (AI tools is a plus). Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
