Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from concept to completion on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and client expectations while ensuring seamless execution of design intent.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate all phases from design development to installation. Identify potential risks and proactively manage them. Oversee on-site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications. Conduct daily site visits and progress inspections. Ensure quality control and compliance with design standards. Ensure safety standards are adhered to on-site. Track expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Review vendor quotations and negotiate pricing where necessary. Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers. Visit vendor workshops regularly to ensure furniture pieces are built as required. Oversee procurement schedules and delivery timelines. Ensure materials and furnishings meet required specifications. Provide regular progress reports to Lead Designer. Manage expectations and address concerns promptly. Coordinate approvals at key project stages. Maintain accurate project documentation (drawings, schedules). Track project progress and generate status reports. Ensure proper handover documentation upon project completion.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing interior design or construction projects. Proven experience managing multiple vendors and site teams.

Additional Notes: Compensation is project-based (not monthly). 5% – 10% of total project value (Company revenue). Payments made in milestones (aligned with project phases). Opportunity to earn additional bonuses for timely delivery, budget control, exceptional execution and client satisfaction.
