Job Overview:
Soar is a global fintech startup that specializes in financing and investment, aiming to help people achieve their financial goals through innovative solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and manage agent-based development workflows, oversee AI-generated code, build systems to evaluate agent output quality, fine-tune prompts and tools, integrate AI agents into the SDLC, translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, establish best practices for multi-agent collaboration, monitor performance of AI systems.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, experience building or managing AI-assisted systems, strong understanding of modern SDLC with AI acceleration, experience with GCP or similar cloud environments, ability to review and validate generated code, experience with prompt engineering.
Experience:
Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks is preferred, familiarity with real estate or mortgage workflows is valuable.

Success is measured by reduced development cycles, high-quality outputs, and increased focus on problem-solving and innovation.
